Aristotle on the Female Role in Generation

Description
In this School of Classics research seminar, Dr Sophia Connell will talk about her research, which is focused on Aristotle’s biological works. Her recent book 'Aristotle on Female Animals: A Study of The Generation of Animals' (Cambridge 2016) includes chapters on gender difference, feminist histories of philosophy, Aristotle’s philosophy of mind and his philosophy of science.
